Myofascial Release Therapy

I’m Zelda Visser, a fascia therapist based in Ballito South Africa.

I travelled to the United States to study myofascial release with John F. Barnes. I also attended Fascia Summer School and pursued further fascia education in Germany. For the past 15 years, I’ve worked hands-on with people, learning from each body in front of me.

That experience shapes the way I work. I take time to listen, assess how the whole body moves, and understand where tension and restrictions may be affecting someone’s comfort and movement. My approach is informed by international training, years in practice, and a continuing curiosity about fascia.
