PAUSE ATHLEISURE APPAREL (PTY) LTD EXCHANGE POLICY

Our garments are as unique as you are and are made to the highest quality standards. If your item is not quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Please note that Pause Athleisure Apparel (Pty) Ltd does not offer refunds. Exchanges only are available.

All our garments are manufactured in limited quantities. Exchanges are therefore subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, please contact us so that we can discuss the available exchange options.

To protect our customers and ensure that all exchanges are handled fairly, Pause Athleisure Apparel (Pty) Ltd can only accept exchange requests from the original purchaser.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused and in the original specialist packaging. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if an item has been worn, used, damaged, altered or returned without its original packaging.

HERE IS HOW THE EXCHANGE PROCESS WORKS

  1. Please submit your exchange request within 3 days of receiving your package by emailing hello@pause-apparel.com.

  2. Within 3 days of receiving your exchange request, we will email you with instructions on how and where to return your item.

  3. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, and the exchange has been approved, your replacement garment will be dispatched within 5 days, subject to stock availability.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability due to the limited quantities in which our garments are produced.

Pause Athleisure Apparel (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, or interruptions or failures of power or other essential services.
