As long as the order does not have a status of "Shipped" or "Processing," you can place an order on hold, make changes to address information, or cancel the order. Your order should arrive 3 to 4 business days after shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details immediately after your order is shipped, so there is no need for any confusion - you can track it yourself. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or operational reasons at the courier service.

Since our products are manufactured as limited edition ranges, we can accept returns on factory-damaged and incorrectly shipped items only. Any item that is returned must not have been worn, altered or washed and must be returned undamaged in its original packaging within 3 days of taking delivery. We cannot guarantee availability for making an exchange. If we cannot exchange your legally returned order, we will refund you. See our Refund Policy.
